The 122nd Avenue Station Area Study updates the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map in the area around NE/SE 122nd Avenue roughly between NE Holladay Street and SE Yamhill Streets; amends Title 33 the Portland Zoning Code (Chapter 33.521, East Corridor Plan District, Chapter 33.420, Design Overlay Zone); amends Portland's Community Design Guidelines; and amends Title !6. The amendments include allowance for exterior display and storage on sites, and fuel sales uses in key areas. |
