Abstract:
The applicant is requesting to change the zoning of the property located at 17625 NW Cornell Road from Office Commercial (OC) to Community Services (CS). The property is approximately 3.96 acres and is located on the north side of NW Cornell Road, west of NW 1 /3 rd Avenue. Both zones allow a variety of commercial uses, though the CS zone allows a wider lange uf land uses than the OC zone. Cliuiches aie allowed as a permitted use in the CS zone and are not permitted in the OC zone.
