Abstract:
Annexation of approx. 67.28 acres adjacent to eastern boundary of city, not within UGB. Site has a M37 claim approved by State and Yamhill County, with a vested subdivision that divides most of the site into 1 acre residential lots. City and owner entered into a development agreement regarding water connection, future land use designations upon inclusion in the URA (designations will not change upon annexation). Approved as proposed w/minor change (below).
