Abstract
Amends exceptions for yard setbacks for certain architectural features and accessory structures, including bay windows, eaves, accessory buildings, fences, handicapped access facilities, bridges, and uncovered/unenclosed porches, decks and stairs. Codifies requirements for construction of retaining walls in required yards. Establishes rules and methods for measuring maximum building height.
