Added definitions for "property line adjustment", "replat" and "minor replat". Formalized process for review and decision on property line adjustments. Eliminated obsolete references to fees and procedural requirements. Established requirement for planned unit development process on larger subdivisions. Clarified requirements for administration and appeals. Extended expiration date on subdivisions from one year to two years. Adopted by Ordinance # 2011-01. |
