dc.description.abstract |
A rezoning of Block 15, Bayley and Case's Addn, from R-3/"Medium Density Multi-Family Residential" to R4/"High Density Multi-Family Residential." The city rezoned the property from R-3 to R-4 in 1975 (Ord. 1002). A nursing home was built over much of the block in 1976. The use is permitted outright in the R-4. The City appears to have inadvertently rezoned the property back to R-3 when its codes were acknowledged in 1982 (Ord. 1308). A nursing home is a conditional use in the R-3 zone. |
