To rezone the subject property located south of Hoquaton Slough from Central Commercial (C-C) to Open Space (O); amend the Tillamook City Comprehensive Plan, Policies 29, 80, 83, 87, 88, and 89, Tables Dl, Kl, L, and text on Population Requirements and Livability; implement Table D3, Total Existing Land use within UGB.
