Abstract:
Ordinance No. 667 amended the Community Development Code to implement Senate Bill 863. Senate Bill 863 was Adopted by the 2005 Legislature to enact provisions for deferred replacement permits in the AF-20 and EFU land use Districts. An applicant that qualifies for a deferred replacement permit must remove their existing dwelling within 90 days, Allowing the applicant to replace the dwelling at any time in the future, subject to building, plumbing and sanitation codes And other requirements relating to health and safety or to siting at the time of construction.
