Illig, Robert C.
Rob Illig is an Associate Professor at the UO School of Law, and specializes in corporate, securities, and contract law, with a special emphasis on the governance of pooled investment funds. He is the author of numerous journal articles dealing with corporate governance and legal pedagogy.
