MetadataShow full item record
The city’s comprehensive plan is intended to not only address statewide planning goals, but to also take into account local land use planning needs and issues. The plan, once adopted, will serve as a guide to land use within and immediately adjacent to Yachats. It establishes policies and land use designations (maps) which will be implemented throughout the city’s zoning and subdivision ordinances. [From the Plan]
