The Sisters Urban Area Comprehensive Plan includes the City of Sisters and an area surrounding the city which is expected to become urbanized by the year 2025. It is the official planning document for the Sisters Urban Growth Area comprised of the existing City Limits and proposed Unincorporated Urban Growth Area within the Urban Growth Boundary.
