The Coburg Comprehensive Plan, originally acknowledged by the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) in 1982, is the official long-range general plan (public policy document) of the City of Coburg. Its policies and land use plan designations apply only within the area under the jurisdiction of the Plan. The Plan is a guide for both public officials and the general public to define the direction, quality and quantity of future development redevelopment and to evaluate decisions and weigh the possible effects on the future of the community.
