Forest Grove (Or.)
The Forest Grove Transportation System Plan (TSP) has been developed to bring an earlier 1987 City TSP into compliance with the Oregon Transportation Planning Rule. The plan is a multimodal plan, addressing improvement to existing roadways, new pedestrian and bicycle facilities, improvement in public transit service, and transportation demand management (TDM) strategies. The plan also includes a transportation improvement program, as well as changes to Forest Grove codes and standards to implement the TSP recommendations. [From the Plan]
