It is the intent of this Plan to: establish a coordinated land use planning process and framework to guide land use decisions and related actions; assure an adequate factual basis for those decisions and actions; and comply with the applicable requirements of state law.... This January 2008 [plan] is a reprint of the original Plan adopted by the City of Florence on January 14, 2002. This document is different from the original Plan.
