The West Main Transit Oriented District Plan puts into action the adopted City of Medford 2003 Transportation System Plan (TSP), which designates the subject site as a Transit Oriented District (TOD) as part of the Regional Transportation Planâ s (RTP) effort to reduce vehicle miles traveled.
