The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) should be used as an internal planning tool
for the City to guide future development and associated costs for park
improvements. The CIP includes project costs associated with park improvements,
system-wide improvements, and land acquisition and development. The CIP
provides a description of each project, estimated costs, and a timeline for
completion. For park improvement the CIP focuses specific improvements to meet
existing design standards, develop amenities to reflect residents’ needs, and
improve connectivity within the City and park system. [From the Plan] |
