Proposes to provide reduced fire risk, create a more stable forest ecosystem, protect and enhance wildlife habitat, and maintain or enhance scenic views of treatment area. Includes mechanically treating brush and/or prescibe burning, reducing tree stocking through non-commercial and commercial thinning, treating the wildland-urban interface, and treating for dwarf mistletoe and bark beetle attack.
