Announces decision to implement Alternate 3 modified of the project EA, to provide reduced fire risk, create a more stable forest ecosystem, protect and enhance wildlife habitat, and maintain or enhance scenic views in treatment areas. Includes mechanically treating brush and/or prescribed burning, reducing tree stocking through non-commercial and commercial thinning, treating wildland-urban interface, and treating for dwarf mistletoe and bark beetle attack.
