Abstract
The goals and objectives of the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area Plan reflect considerable community involvement, including Advisory Committee deliberations, and many broad outreach efforts described in Exhibit C of the Plan. They also borrow considerably from the Albina Community Plan, adopted by City Council in 1993. [From the Plan]
