The purpose of the Brownsville Comprehensive Plan is to provide a framework for the orderly and economic development and growth of the City of Brownsville. In the past four years, the citizens of Brownsville have shown a genuine interest in the way in which Brownsville grows. This interest will need to be maintained through the years to come.
