The City of Bend is the provider of wastewater collection and treatment service within the
City of Bend Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). The 2006 Collection System Master Plan was
developed in cooperation with the City of Bend Public Works Department to develop the
roadmap for providing service to all existing users, existing developed areas that have not yet
been connected to the system and for new development. This includes areas outside of the
UGB but within the Urban Reserve Area (UAR). [From the Plan]
