Urban renewal plans

An urban renewal plan is a plan created by a municipality's urban renewal agency, to address identified blighted areas, as provided for by Oregon law. An accompanying report, which may be published separately or as a part of the plan, provides public information and a basis for the findings made as part of the city's approval of the plan. The elements of the plans and accompanying reports are specified in ORS 457.085.
