The University of Oregon’s Ocean and Coastal Law Center was dedicated to research and education in the law and regulations that concern and affect the uses of the ocean, its resources, and the coastal zone. The center combined the efforts of law faculty specialists and advanced law students to research and analyze ocean and coastal legal issue and to publish the results.
The program is now part of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Center, located in the university's William W. Knight Law Center.

Appendix C of that report by this author, Mara Brown, and Robert Shavelson was an in-depth "Legal and Policy Analysis for Integrated Watershed Management, Cumulative Impacts, and Implementation of Non-Point Source Controls."
