The Smith and Bybee Lakes Natural Resources Management Plan (NRMP) was adopted 21 years ago. As the environmental regluations in the Zoning Code have evolved and become more refined, the NRMP has become outdated and unnecessary. This project will retire the NRMP and will amend the Zoning Code and Zoning Map to remove the NRMP. 2. When the Airport Futures Project was adopted by City Council, 3 Zoning Code maps were inadvertently dropped. This project adopts the maps.Item Open Access Portland Notice of Adopted Amendment (2011-09-02)(Portland, 2011-09-02) Portland (Or.)HB 3516 requires that solar panels be allowed without land use review on most structures; these amendments to the Zoning Code will bring the code into conformance. The Zoning Code currently exempts rooftop mechanical equipment in design overlay zones and conservation and historic districts from reviewi T, is on a building at least 45 feet tall and "the equipment is set back from the roof edge; these amendments extend the exemption to all building and add standards.
