Specifically, the commercial area surrounding the I-84 interchange has seen significant success and some have been concerned that development on the eastside of this corridor will continue to hinder the vitality of the traditional downtown district. The purpose of this report is to assess business development strategies, design and downtown housing opportunities that would strengthen downtown Ontario. [From the Plan]
