The amendments adopt the new Flood Insurance Study for Yamhill County and the incorporated cities in the county; make numerous housekeeping changes; make numerous changes to be consistent with the State Model Floodplain Ordinance; adds definitions from the Model Ordinance; clarifies the Floodplain Development Permit process.
