The DLCD initiated the first Periodic Review of the Metro Plan and land use regulations on June 28, 1985. The second Periodic Review process was initiated in May 1995. This Metro Plan is also subject to citizen- and government-initiated amendments which are incorporated into the document via Metro Plan replacement pages.
