The IAMP provides a transportation improvement plan and an Access Management Plan (AMP) for an area in the vicinity of the interchange and west along the US 730 corridor to the US 395 intersection. The floodplain study and new floodplain maps for the City of Umatilla are available at DLCD through the Natural Hazard Coordinator.Item Open Access Umatilla : Transportation system plan(City of Umatilla (Or.), 1999-02) Umatilla (Or.); Kittelson & AssociatesThe City of Umatilla, in conjunction with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), initiated a study of the City of Umatilla's transportation system in the late fall of 1997. The purpose of this study is to guide the management of existing transportation facilities as well as the development of future facilities over the next 20 years. This study has been prepared in compliance with State of Oregon legislation requiring local jurisdictions to prepare a Transportation System Plan (TSP) as part of their overall Comprehensive Plan. Accordingly, this document is formatted to provide the necessary elements for the City of Umatilla to assemble its Comprehensive Plan. In addition, this document provides Umatilla County and ODOT with recommendations for incorporation with their respective planning. [From the Plan]
