| dc.description.abstract | This sixth report on the status and condition of the City's physical infrastructure takes a holistic approach to ensure that the City’s assets are adequate to provide desired levels of service. This report seeks to provide coordinated, integrated, fact-based information about the City of Portland’s physical assets that will enhance a ‘whole-of-city’ approach to asset management (AM). It provides an accounting of the number of assets, replacement value, condition, and unmet funding needs. Information in the report will assist the City's efforts to ensure infrastructure is in good condition and that operation, maintenance, rehabilitation, and development programs are as efficient and effective as possible.
