Abstract
The City of Eugene’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) forecasts the City's capital needs over
a six-year period based on various long-range plans, goals and policies. The program is updated
every two years. The FY10-15 Capital Improvement Program for the Airport, Parks and Open
Space, Public Buildings and Facilities, Stormwater, Transportation and Wastewater totals
approximately $177.9 million in projects with funding secured or identified, $103.7 million in
projects with funding not identified and $213.9 million in placeholder projects. The Financial
Summaries section contains tables summarizing all CIP projects in the plan. [From the Plan]
