Abstract

This Master Plan is intended to be a recommended plan and long-term guide for the development of the City’s water system. It is not intended to be a specific list of required projects. While projects are listed in this Master Plan as being scheduled for construction in a given year, this is intended only to provide a general guideline of priorities, relationships between projects, ties to levels of growth, and understanding of maintenance priorities.
