Abstract

The Villebois Village Master Plan was developed in close coordination with City staff, following adoption of the Villebois Village Concept Plan. The Villebois Village Master Plan affects an estimated 480-acre area identified on Figure 1 – Land Use Plan as the “Village Area Boundary.” The Villebois Village Master Plan is intended to implement the Villebois Village Concept Plan and serve as a basis for Village zone development standards. These standards in turn direct development through the build-out period of the Concept Plan. The Villebois Village Master Plan provides a detailed analysis of the framework systems identified in the Concept Plan, including the land use program, parks and open space system, utilities framework and circulation system. Consistency of these elements with the relevant system Master Plans is shown in the Villebois Village Master Plan. [From the Plan]
