Abstract

The goal of this Urban Design Strategy is to identify ways to enhance and support the sense of place of the Seven Corners area in order to realize its potential as a neighborhood center. It also identifies opportunities for infrastructure improvements and private development that will make the area and corridor stand out as a sustainable place in Portland. [From the document]
