Abstract
Purpose of the study. The material in this thesis is not meant to be an attack upon the Mexicans but rather that of a constructive analysis. This is done in the hope of bettering their social and educational opportunities. Under the4 existing conditions it seems improbable that the Mexican school children can exploit their talents because of the feeling or repression caused by their language handicap, home conditions, and economic status in the community.
