Abstract
This report describes Ashland’s drinking water sources, treatment process, quality,
and programs that protect the high quality of our water supply. This publication
conforms to a federal regulation requiring water utilities to provide this information
annually. We supported the passage of this regulation and believe the information
provides a valuable service to our consumers. In this report we attempt to
balance pertinent facts against the sheer volume of information available. [From the document]
