Abstract
The Rock Creek Comprehensive Plan illustrates a cohesive concept for new neighborhoods, employment opportunities, transportation connections, parks, and open spaces in the Rock Creek area. It has been created to guide the transition of the area from its rural character to a livable addition to the City of Happy Valley. The plan is a vision for the area that has been prepared through the collaboration of citizens, property owners and public agencies. [From the Plan]
