Abstract
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) forecasts the City's capital needs over a six-year period
based on various City-adopted long-range plans, goals and policies. The Capital Improvement
Program for the Airport, Parks and Open Space, Public Buildings and Facilities, Stormwater,
Transportation and Wastewater totals approximately $389 million in funded and unfunded
projects. The Funding Overview contains tables summarizing all CIP projects in the plan and a
two-year fund summary. [From the Plan]
