Abstract

The City of Eugene’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) forecasts the City's capital needs over a six-year period based on various long-range plans, goals and policies. The program is updated every two years. The FY08-13 Capital Improvement Program for the Airport, Parks and Open Space, Public Buildings and Facilities, Stormwater, Transportation and Wastewater totals approximately $175 million in projects with funding secured or identified and $62.5 million in projects with funding not identified.
