Abstract

This report crystallizes an exciting new vision for the district surrounding the Oregon Convention Center (OCC) in downtown Portland. Created by an unconventional design team through a process of interactive collaborative design sessions, the plan's goal is to describe the unique characteristics that exist in the neighborhood and to propose dramatic additions that will make it a truly vibrant 24 hour district.
