MetadataShow full item record
The goal of this proposal is to improve school success of youth exiting juvenile justice facilities by providing them with support in re-entering District schools. Support will be provided by the creation of a Student Support Specialist position. The Student Support Specialist will serve adjudicated youth released from county residential treatment programs ( Phoenix, Stepping Stone and Pathways) and state operated youth correctional facilities such as MacLaren.
