Toledo : Transportation system plan

The City of Toledo, in conjunction with Lincoln County and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) initiated a study of the area transportation system in November 1994. This study was conducted in compliance with State legislation requiring local jurisdictions to produce a Transportation System Plan (TSP) as part of their overall Comprehensive Plan. Accordingly, this document provides the City of Toledo with those necessary recommendations for incorporation into its Comprehensive Plan. [From the Plan]
