Abstract
The Richmond Neighborhood Plan was developed through a community-driven process by neighborhood residents and area businesses, institutions and community service providers. The neighborhood plan identifies issues that the neighborhood feels are important and establishes priorities for actions to accomplish the neighborhood's goals.... The implementing ordinance to adopt the Richmond Neighborhood's Plan Vision Statement, Polies and Objectives, and the resolution approving the plan's action charts are located in Appendix A of this document.
