Abstract
The Adopted King Neighborhood Plan was based on "King Neighborhood Plan Book." The Plan Book was developed jointly by the King Neighborhood Association and Arnold and Jankans Urban Planner in October 1988. Based on the King Neighborhood Plan Book and a neighborhood workshop the King Neighborhood Plan was developed in the spring of 1991. The plan was revised and reviewed by the neighborhood, businesses and public agencies. [From the Plan]
