This strategy document presents short-term (5-year) and long-term (20-year) goals, strategies and recommendations for implementing Community Livability projects & programs in the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area. It is projected that there will be approximately $40 million of urban renewal funds invested in Community Livability improvements over the 20-year life of the project. These funds should leverage significant additional dollars towards these project costs. [From the document]
