The concept plan presented in the following report suggests steps for transitioning Rockwood back to a thriving, and integral and valued part of the larger Gresham community. It is hoped that recommendations included here will provide the City of Gresham and residents of Rockwood with an actionable blueprint for achieving its sustainability goals. en_US
